Customer services is an important part of Phoenix International Airport (PHX) and ranks second only to security and overall safety. Distributed around its three main terminal buildings - 2, 3 and 4 (connected by shuttles) are various eateries, shops and passengers amenities.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets


Phoenix Airport has very reasonable shopping facilities located in all three of its terminal buildings. In Terminal 2 you can choose between newsagents such as CNBC and Press Express, as well as the Phoenix Travelmart, while in Terminal 3, children will enjoy visiting the Curious Creatures shop. Also here is a PGA Tour Shop, News Travels Fast and Desert Images for gift ideas. Passengers in Terminal 4 will find the largest choice of shops, with popular stores including Arizona Highways, Brighton Collectibles, Desert Breeze, Desert News, Explore Arizona, Indigenous (Native American Gifts), Travelstyle, Valley of the Sun and World Duty Free.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants


There are some 25 different eateries spread around Phoenix Airport, with the highest concentration of restaurants, bars and cafes being found within Terminal 4. Here you will find the 12th Fairway Bar and Grill, the Desert Springs Brewing Company, BarFly and the Martini Bistro, while in Terminals 2 and 3, look out for the Kokopeli Deli, the Paradise Bakery Cafe, Sbarros, Starbucks and Wendy's.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities


There is also a bureau de change counter in Terminal 4, while cashpoints are easy to find and available in all of the terminals, often being close to the retail areas.

Business and Conference Facilities


Business facilities include computer workstations, fast access to the Internet, fax machines and more, based at the onsite business centers in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. For meeting rooms, you will need to consider one of the neighboring hotels, such as the Hilton on 2435 South 47th Street.
